Rule 18
Provisions related to listing
: (1) Health institutions established in accordance with prevailing laws who wish to provide services in accordance with this regulation shall submit an application to the Board for listing in the format as per Schedule-7.
(2) Based on the application received according to sub-rule (1), the board shall carry out the necessary investigation and on-site inspection of the relevant health institution and if deemed appropriate, the relevant applicant health institution shall be listed as a service provider by entering into an agreement with the relevant applicant health institution in accordance with Schedule-8.
(3) The duration of the agreement made in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be five years.
(4) The service provider shall submit an application to the Board for renewal at least two months before the expiry of the contract period as per sub-rule (3).
(5) If an application is received according to sub-rule (4), in the case of rule 19, the external board may renew the contract of such service provider if it deems it appropriate to renew based on the inspection or monitoring report of the said service provider as required.
(2) Based on the application received according to sub-rule (1), the board shall carry out the necessary investigation and on-site inspection of the relevant health institution and if deemed appropriate, the relevant applicant health institution shall be listed as a service provider by entering into an agreement with the relevant applicant health institution in accordance with Schedule-8.
(3) The duration of the agreement made in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be five years.
(4) The service provider shall submit an application to the Board for renewal at least two months before the expiry of the contract period as per sub-rule (3).
(5) If an application is received according to sub-rule (4), in the case of rule 19, the external board may renew the contract of such service provider if it deems it appropriate to renew based on the inspection or monitoring report of the said service provider as required.
